Shipping & Delivery

We at D-Trade LLC will do our best to get your order process and ship to you. However, we do not guarantee that the product will get to you on time and or in perfect conditions. We will walk you through every step of your order as seamlessly as possible. It’s our part to make your dream salon come to reality.

If your order is available from our current stock, we will be able to process and ship it out within 1-3 business days in most situations. For orders that are heavy, fragile, or multiple orders we will contact you to verify the delivery address so, we can ship it by a freight company.

For small, lightweight items, we will use standard ground delivery. FedEx is our preferred partner for these shipments. Your local driver will bring your order to your front door or main entrance Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
