Love the chair but it came with a slightly cracked rubber floor base cover. Once I put on the rubber seal it came apart. Need a new one. For now, I utilized an older seal from a different chair. What do I do?

great value! I've been using this chair at the salon for 4 months now, only issue is that it makes a clicking/popping sound as If the chair is slowly going down but it's not. one client said "this is a self conscience chair lol" i assured her that it always does that even if it's a small child sitting in it! i thought maybe the sound was the chair settling on the base but couldn't tell any difference upon closer inspection to the underside of the seat. that being said, it looks great, is plenty big and wide (my main concern when chair shopping online), comfy, and a great value..therefore i would recommend this chair!

These chairs look impressive! Good hydraulics, comfortable seats. I am very pleased with the order. I purchased 6 and each one is great. I broke a few of the rubber rings during installation on the bottom of the base. Make sure you START putting the ring on where the rubber ring is glued together so it never stretches the glued part or it will separate. Wonderful chairs for the price. The seller also sent me a new rubber ring quickly, and they were very helpful. Highly Recommend.

The value you get in this chair is hard to beat. Our customers commented how comfortable the new chairs are. That being said there are some downsides that come along with purchasing a chair that is not expensive. Straight off the bat the round base is extremely sharp and 10th to poke through the box. This actually caused injury to not only the delivery man but to one of the people helping put the chair together. Also getting the rubber gasket around the base is extremely difficult to do and completely impossible without two people. The foot rest looks good from a distance but really looks cheap when you're looking at it up close. Even when assembled correctly the chair has a natural shake to it. I find that customers are rocking subconsciously. But still after everything is a great value and a great looking chair thumbs up.
